Johnson Shut-ins State Park; December 2013

 A beautiful evening in the Ozarks. We had the park to ourselves.

 Elaine cooks up some pancakes in the freezing temps.

We had a great hike along the Shut-ins trail

The reservoir at the top of the mountain broke and scoured the forest to the bedrock.

We took a New Years trip to Branson, Missouri to finish off the year.

 

 

 

A little snow on the morning we left, but we didn't have any problems.

We love to watch the glass blowers at Silver Dollar City, they make it look so easy.

 

The lights are amazing at Silver Dollar City especially with half off tickets.

It was our first time using the Rav-4 as a tow vehicle. It worked great!
