We took a five day drive along the southern border of Missouri.

We had to camp one more time in a Missouri State Park to get our fourth consecutive Missouri Camper Award. So for the second year in a row, after Christmas festivities, we hitched up the T@b and headed out for the weekend.

Babler State Park; Wildwood, Missouri, November 2009

We spent the weekend at Babler State Park, just a half hour from home, but completely removed from day to day life. Above is the statue dedicated to Dr. Babler, for whom the park is named.

Our site, # 37, was nestled into the woods, with stairs leading down to the table and firepit area.
