September 14; San Francisco, California

The Golden Gate Bridge shrouded in fog.

It was a perfect time and place for a bike ride. It was windy, chilly, and foggy.

Normally the east side is for pedestrians and the west side is for cyclists but the east side was closed.

It's a long way down.

Alcatraz

You couldn't see the tops of the towers.

On the Sausalito side.

One of the famous cable cars.

A sea lion watching the tourists.

Lombard Street, the crookedest street.

Fisherman's Wharf

The view from our dinner table.

Some of the amazing offerings along the street.

It was a beautiful night along the wharf.

We topped off the evening with a hot fudge sundae at Ghirardelli's in Ghirardelli Square.

Our campsite overlooking the ocean in Pacifica at the San Francisco R.V.Park.
